Tenders WA

MWPA utilises the Tenders WA platform for release of tenders and receipt of tender responses.  All Tenders for supply of goods and services to MWPA must be lodged electronically through the Tenders WA website.

One of the ways MWPA supports the Mid West region and WA state economy is by encouraging and supporting local industry and regional business participation in our procurement and contracting. 

All suppliers wishing to lodge tenders for the supply of goods and services to MWPA must be registered with Tenders WA.  Registration is required to:

• View all tender documentation.
• Download tender documentation.
• Upload tender responses electronically. (i.e. to submit tenders).
• Receive email notifications during the course of tender processes.
• Maintenance of supplier business details.
• Receive advice of tenders that are available.

A user guide is available on the Tenders WA website and provides useful information on minimum system requirements and the features of the Tenders WA electronic tendering system.
