Vessel Charges:
Vessel Charges will be calculated on the Gross Registered Tonnage of the Vessel and charged to the Ship via the Agent. Vessel Charges are inclusive of access to the channel and harbour, pilotage, mooring and the use of Shore Tensioning Units at the discretion of the Harbour Master. Vessel Charges are exclusive of towage services.
Each Ship Charge covers one movement in and one movement out of the Harbour. Vessels that require multiple movements in and out of the harbour will be subject to multiple Ship Charges.
Where a vessel movement in and out of the Harbour is solely for Port Convenience and / or evacuation of the Harbour due to weather impacts, at the discretion of the Harbour Master a reduced Ship Charge for the additional movements equivalent to the Shift Ship Charge (one Shift Ship Charge for each movement in and each movement out) of the Harbour will be applied.
The Shift Ship Charge relates to each movement of a vessel within the Harbour.
