Mid West Ports Procurement is responsible for the procurement of all goods and services.

Contractors/Suppliers

All contractors required to work on a Mid West Ports site must work in accordance with the MWPA Staff Members and Contractors Handbook.

Suppliers of goods and services to the Port must view the MWPA Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Purchase of Goods or Services document to ensure compliance. 

Local Procurement 

Wherever possible the port will procure goods and services from local suppliers who have the necessary skills and experience. 

Local suppliers are encouraged to submit capability statements to the Port demonstrating their skills and experience.  All correspondence should be submitted to the Procurement mailbox [email protected].
